We would like to introduce Courtney & Courtney. Courtney & Courtney specializes in single-family home and townhouse property management and Home Owners Associations and has been doing so for over twenty-five years. Our management philosophy is that we work for you and put your best interest first but also develop strong relationships with our renters and owners. In the Home Owner Associations, we work for the board of directors, but work hard to establish those strong relationships with the owners and vendors. We find these strong relationships encourage cooperation in all phases of the property management business. Courtney & Courtney provides top-notch service along with great customer support - a combination that can't be beat! Through our commitment, experience, and expertise Courtney & Courtney has established a business relationship with our customers that will last a lifetime!
Courtney & Courtney currently manages approximately 215 single-family homes and 28 home owner associations.
Our Team
Carla Clark, GRI, RMP – Co-Owner-Property Manager
Carla is a native of Colorado Springs and loves all that Colorado Springs has to offer. Having been raised in both the Northern and Southern areas of the Springs, as well as having lived in East and West-side neighborhoods she knows the town well. Carla joined Courtney & Courtney in 1998 and purchased the business in 2001. Carla realizes that education is important to the business and holds the GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) and RMP (Residential Management Professional) designations. Carla continues to go above and beyond the required state education requirements for Brokers believing that continued education is vital to a well run real estate business. Carla is very active in NARPM (National Association of Property Managers) at the local, state and national level, from holding elected positions, working on national committees and organizing the state convention. Carla is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Colorado Association of Realtors. When Carla is not overseeing Courtney & Courtney she is active with her family and her grandchildren.

Mike Clark, CMCA®- Co-Owner – HOA Community Association Manager
After purchasing Courtney & Courtney with his wife Carla in 2001, and working with her on a part time basis for four years, Mike left the Auto Industry, which he had worked in for over 20 years. All of the time Mike put into Courtney & Courtney over the past years made his transition to a full time real estate agent a very smooth one. Mike’s education in both sales and property management as well as having been a resident of Colorado Springs for over 46 years has strengthened the Courtney & Courtney team on an unparallel level. Mike has taken the lead on adding the management of Home Owner’s Associations to the company as well as helping clients buy, sell or manage their real estate investments. Mike spends his time off with family and boating at Pueblo Reservoir.

Lindsey Kinzer – Property Manager
Lindsey is a native of Colorado Springs. She has her real estate license with the State of Colorado and is a full time property manager. Lindsey has been with Courtney & Courtney for over a year. Before she joined Courtney & Courtney Lindsey was a certified Medical Assistant for four years working in the medical field. She is very excited to be in the real estate field and loves working with not only the owners and tenants but also with buyers and sellers. When not at work she is busy raising her two young children. She enjoys sports with her family from running to atv/four wheeling fun!

Connie Devich – Property Manager
Connie was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. After attending Michigan State University, she worked in the food industry as a restaurant manager until she joined her husband’s family in the candy industry…primarily chocolates. She and her husband moved to Brighton, Colorado in 2001 and relocated to Colorado Springs in 2004. Connie was active as a volunteer in the HOA and worked at Kohl’s before joining Courtney and Courtney.

David Wagar, Broker Associate
David is a Colorado Springs native and has lived here all of his life. He finds our community a wonderful place to raise a family. He feels it is a privilege to be associated with Courtney and Courtney since 2005. He is a member in good standing with the Colorado Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors, and also the Pike's Peak Association of Realtors.

Peggy Hoss – HOA Office Manager
Peggy has lived in Colorado Springs since 1996. She loves living, working and raising her family in the Springs. She has been in real estate as an administrative assistant/receptionist for 6 years. Most of her past experience has been in property management, but when Courtney & Courtney offered her the opportunity to broaden her horizons by working with HOA’s, she was more than happy to accept the challenge.

Steve Kouri, CMCA®- HOA Community Association Manager
Born and raised in Michigan, Steve grew up making candy in the family business and moved into baking/management as an adult. He relocated to Colorado in 2001 to pursue a career in sales, management, and banking. Steve has been a goodwill Ambassador for the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce since 2004 and was named Ambassador of the Month; Ambassador of the Quarter; elected co-chair and chair of the club. He has been involved with HOA’s for six years serving on committees and boards. Steve finds the best way to relax is to get on his bicycle and just ride.

Tami Starkey, CMCA®- HOA Community Association Manager
Tami was born is West Texas but has lived in Colorado Springs for 15 years and now considers herself a Colorado native. Tami has been involved with community management in various capacities for four years and is very excited to transition into management. In between swimming, running, playing with her dogs, and reading, Tami is busy finishing up her Bachelors Degree in Psychology.

Diane Wimpy, CMCA®,AMS® - HOA Community Association Manager
Born in West Germany and raised in Ohio, Diane has considered Colorado Springs her home for the past fourteen years. Diane has been involved in the community association industry for five years having been an association manger for two. Valuing education, she currently holds her certification in community association management (CMCA) and will be receiving her association management specialist (AMS) designation in the near future. Diane’s prior experience includes a four-year enlistment in the US Army, teaching grade school, zoo keeping and is currently seeking a degree in paralegal studies. She is a mother of a freshman in college, enjoys sports, reading and hiking with her dogs and is extremely excited to be a part of the Courtney and Courtney team!
