Lindsey Kinzer – Owner/President
Lindsey has been with Courtney & Courtney for over 5 years and has recently purchased the business with her husband Chris. Lindsey is a native of Colorado Springs. She has her real estate license with the State of Colorado and is currently working on achieving a RMP designation. She is very excited to be in the real estate field and loves working with not only the owners and tenants but also with buyers and sellers. When not at work she is busy raising her five young children. She enjoys sports with her family from running to hiking, soccer and volleyball.
Mike Clark, CMCA®- Business Developer
Mike’s education in sales and property management as well as having been a resident of Colorado Springs for over 52 years has strengthened the Courtney & Courtney team on an unparalleled level. Mike has taken the lead on adding the management of Home Owner’s Associations to the company as well as helping clients buy, sell or manage their real estate investments. Mike spends his time off with family and loves to boat.
Carla Clark, GRI, RMP – Sr. Property Manager/Advertising
Carla is a native of Colorado Springs and loves all that Colorado Springs has to offer. Having been raised in both the Northern and Southern areas of the Springs, as well as having lived in East and West-side neighborhoods she knows the town well. Carla realizes that education is important to the business and holds the GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) and RMP (Residential Management Professional) designations. Carla continues to go above and beyond the required state education requirements for Brokers believing that continued education is vital to a well run real estate business. Carla is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. When Carla is not working she is active with her family and her grandchildren.
Connie Devich – Sr. Property Manager/Showing Coordinator
Connie was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. After attending Michigan State University, she worked in the food industry as a restaurant manager until she joined her husband’s family in the candy industry…primarily chocolates. She and her husband moved to Brighton, Colorado in 2001 and relocated to Colorado Springs in 2004. Connie was active as a volunteer in the HOA and worked at Kohl’s before joining Courtney and Courtney. Connie obtained her broker associate license in 2011.
Alycia Trujillo, Sr. Property Manager Assistant/Maintenance Coordinator
Alycia has recently moved to the Colorado Springs area and we are excited to have her on board. Before working with Courtney & Courtney, Alycia worked in the Commercial Cleaning and hospitality business for 5 years. Alycia loves working with people and enjoys interacting with the public. In her free time, she loves to spend time with the family which includes four young children and taking in everything Colorado has to offer.

Steve Kouri-Sr. Association Manager/ Office Manager, CMCA®, AMS®
Born and raised in Michigan, Steve grew up making candy in the family business and moved into baking/management as an adult. He relocated to Colorado in 2001 to pursue a career in sales, management, and banking. Steve has been a goodwill Ambassador for the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce since 2004 and was named Ambassador of the Month; Ambassador of the Quarter; elected co-chair and chair of the club. He has been involved with HOA’s for six years serving on committees and boards. Steve finds the best way to relax is to get on his bicycle and just ride.
Jamie Allen, Community Association Manager
Born into a military family, Jamie grew up experiencing living and going to an American school in Saudi Arabia. After attending the University of Kansas she settled in Colorado Springs. Jamie has worked in the airline industry as well as 15 year career in sales. Her newest challenge is embracing the learning process of the property management field. Since living in Colorado Springs, her passions include being a board member for Keep Colorado Springs Beautiful and fund raising for various non-profits. When out of the office, Jamie enjoys spending time with husband of 19 years and finds playing cards in Cripple Creek a pleasure.
Bob Bissey, Community Association Manager
I’ve lived in Colorado Springs since 1972 and have been working with numerous community association’s since 1999 in Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region. Recently hired by Courtney and Courtney, I enjoy working with the various Boards, homeowners & vendors to maintain the property values and financial solvency of their homes & communities. I have a strong construction & re-construction background that applies to everyday life within a typical community association. After work, I enjoy spending time with my friends & family, including 3 sons.
Matthew Succarde, Community Association Manager
Matthew recently relocated to Colorado Springs from Houston, Texas. He has over five years of Property Management experience in apartment homes. Matthew is very goal oriented and came to Courtney and Courtney as a Community Association Manager in 2014. He enjoys being active in the springs with running, hiking, workout out and staying healthy.
Peggy Hoss – Sr. Association Assistant
Peggy has lived in Colorado Springs since 1996. she loves living, working and raising her family in the Springs. She has been in real estate as an administrative assistant/receptionist for 6 years. Most of her past experience has been in property management, but when Courtney & Courtney offered her the opportunity to broaden her horizons by working with HOA’s, she was more than happy to accept the challenge.
Sarah Dodge- Association Administrative Assistant
Sarah was born into a military family in Germany and has lived in Colorado Springs since she was 5. She has over nine years of Customer Service experience, as well as three years of experience in Property Management. Sarah is very ambitious and loves being in the Real Estate industry. She started with Courtney & Courtney in 2014. Sarah has a passion for sports and attending sporting events. She enjoys being active with snowboarding, swimming and hiking.
