ABOUT US
We would like to introduce Courtney &
Courtney.
Courtney & Courtney specializes in single-family
home and townhouse property management and Home Owners Associations
and has been doing so for over twenty years. Our management philosophy is
that we work for you and put your best interest first but also
develop strong relationships with our renters and owners. In the HOA end of the
business, we work for the board of directors, but work hard to
establish those strong relationships with the owners and
vendors. We find these
strong relationships encourage cooperation in all phases of the
property management business. Courtney
& Courtney
provides top-notch service along with great customer support -
a combination that can't be beat! Through our commitment,
experience, and expertise Courtney & Courtney has
established a business relationship with our customers that will
last a lifetime!
Courtney
& Courtney currently
manages approximately 175 single-family homes and 19 HOA
associations.
There are
currently 7 people on our team:

Jane Chadima- HOA Property
Manager
Originally
from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Jane has lived in the Cayman Islands and
Dallas before moving to Colorado
Springs in 1991. A lifetime of
experiences including property management, construction, banking and
insurance all play a role in Jane's service to the homeowners in
associations. She claims to LOVE the job of HOA property
management. Working with knowledgeable members of the Board of
Directors is stimulating but her favorite aspect is getting to know
the homeowners in each association. When the Clarks offered her the opportunity to work
with them in expanding the HOA management department, she gleefully
accepted. Jane and her husband have always been
entrepreneurs. Having grown children with their own families
and now a new generation of great-grandchildren keeps them abreast
of the changing world.

Judy Campbell – HOA Property Manager -
ABR
Born and raised a Midwesterner, Judy moved to
Salt Lake City to experience more of nature’s playground before
relocating to Denver and ultimately Colorado Springs. Finding the perfect balance
in natural amenities as well as a more compatible cultural
lifestyle, she now considers the Springs her home. Earlier, as a single parent
raising her son, she attended Kansas State University majoring in
Architecture and Design.
She spent nearly 11 years in the industry of architecture and
design and an associate member of AIA (American Institute of
Architects) before attending Wichita State University (WSU) where
she studied law. After
graduation from WSU, she spent nearly 8 years as a paralegal working
for some of the largest national law firms in Kansas, Utah,
and Colorado. During her career as a
paralegal she obtained her real estate license and has marketed both
commercial and residential properties. She continues to maintain
her realtor’s license and earned the ABR (Accredited Buyers
Representative) designation. Her experience as a paralegal in HOA
law further enhanced her continued interest in various aspects of
real estate and property development and management. Upon her transition from
Denver to the Springs, she has
devoted her full attention to property management as an Association
Property Manager. She
is a member of CAI (Community Associations Institute) and is
furthering her education in property management. She considers her
opportunity to join Courtney and Courtney a blessing as her
integrity and values are mirrored to those of Courtney and
Courtney. Besides
furthering her career in property management, she appreciates the
natural amenities in the Rockies by
regularly hiking, skiing, rafting, and camping. She also contributes to the
community as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, various soup
kitchens and the humane society.

Robin Gardner – Office
Manager
Raised in the small farming community of
Breckenridge, Missouri, Robin came to Colorado Springs in 1994, after 8 years spent
in Rapid
City and the beautiful Black Hills of South
Dakota (an area she fell in love with during her four years in the
United States Air Force).
Robin feels fortunate in that she has had the opportunity to
wear many hats in her lifetime, working in property management,
avionics, tourism, city government, security, and education, to name
a few. She feels
that all of her previous experiences have a common element that she
brought along to Courtney & Courtney: the desire to provide
excellent customer service. Avid NASCAR fans,
Robin and husband Drew Decker always attend at least one race a year
and rarely miss watching the rest (Go, Junior!). Robin and Drew also
enjoy spending time with their sons, Tyler and Zane. All four just started
golf lessons – watch out PGA!
