One of the most important factors to consider when renting a single family residence is the ability of the landlord to provide you with prompt, friendly services.  Courtney & Courtney is a leader in property management and will treat you as our customer! 

• We are professionals!  We follow the code of ethics of the National Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Residential Property Managers. 
• We work hard to be a leader in property management!  We are selective in the properties we manage as well as the owners for which we manage.
• You are our customer and we respond to repair requests in a timely manner.  All sub-contractors are licensed and insured!
• We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency calls.
• All properties are well maintained and clean when you move in. 
• We videotape all properties inside and out before you move in to insure both your rights and the owners when it comes to your security deposit.
• We hold all security deposits in a FDIC insured bank.
• We Re-key locks between tenants, install smoke detectors.
• We have the furnaces annually check and serviced.
• Chimneys are cleaned every two years
• There is a 24-hour rent drop box.
• We have over 130 properties in our inventory!
